I'm afraid in all the excitement of my unexpected transdimensional voyage, I may have forgotten my social niceties and failed to properly introduce myself to all whom I spoke with; Doctor Emmett Brown, at your service. I must say, there's certainly no shortage of information to pore through on this place, though much of it seems to be a bit on the inconclusive side. There's certainly room to build upon the existing knowledge base, though I regret that I haven't been able to dedicate my full attention to it just yet. All in time!
At the moment, my most pressing concern is completing repairs to my vehicle, which was damaged upon arrival. I'm not sure what the availability of auto parts is here, given the apparent scarcity of vehicles, but it's certainly worth asking after it before I look into constructing my own alternatives. Right now, I'm in need of a new fuel pump, a new set of shocks, and new brake rotors. The vehicle in question is a 1982 DeLorean DMC-12, though it has had some extensive... customization work done. Service won't be necessary, as I fully intend to do the work myself.
On a related note, I suppose I also ought to look into securing a source of income. There will be far more work to be done to the car after this initial round of repairs, and I'll need to fund it all somehow...
